Welcome to my labor of love!

When I got the keys to this building, I had no idea what type of journey was ahead. I have remodeled buildings before, but never a project this large. From day one this restoration has challenged me physically, mentally & emotionally - like to the max. It was my mission to make this one of the most beautiful spaces downtown Lorain, something that will last far past my time here. As of right now the studio is still not finished. The majority of this work is being done by just me, so it's slow going. Looking forward to completing this incredible project and bringing the community inside for a tour.
